This bracelet is absolutely gorgeous! I got it for my sister for her birthday. I got a bit concerned because the shipment tracking was showing it wasn't sent. I contacted Janna and let them know the issue. They spent an hour trying to track down the package. When they couldn't locate it, and it was likely lost (postal issue), they sent me a new one so it would arrive in time. - I will definitely buy from her again!
