Shipping

Processing takes 48 hours

Ground

Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing pending availability and credit card verification.

Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days.

Two Business Day

Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.

Next Business Day

Delivery occurs the next business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 12PM ET, pending availability and credit card verification.

At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

International

International ordersship via USPS Priority mail. Transit time ranges from 6-10 business days; however, packages may experience customs delays which could take up to several weeks. We cannot provide tracking on these shipments. We can only confirm delivery. The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties upon receipt. For orders shipping to Canada, you are acknowledging that your package will be subject to a possible 6.5%-8.5% duty fee plus standard Canadian fees, including a 5% general Canadian sales tax, 7% to 13% specific provincial sales tax, and a nominal Canadian Post handling fee.

Please note if you refuse to pay these charges levied by your country, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package and the cost of the original shipping, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges. These charges will be deducted from your credit.

Returns

Jewelry return policy

Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of shipment date for store credit only. Store credit will be issued, provided that the jewelry is in resaleable condition when received. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All sale items are final sale. Please be sure to send returns in a sturdy box or padded envelope. If we do not receive your return package as described above we reserve the right to refuse your return. Janna Conner Designs is not responsible for return items lost in the mail. To avoid this, please insure return packages for the retail value of the jewelry. If using USPS, packages must have delivery confirmation to enable detailed tracking information.

Fine jewelry return policy

Repairs

Repairs may be done on jewelry that is damaged from everyday wear. Repairs are free of charge within 6 months of shipment date. Repairs after the initial 6 month period are subject to a $12 or more materials fee plus return shipping charges.

Privacy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.jannaconner.com (the “Site”).

Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
